An aerial view of Grand Rapids, after fire destroyed much of the town in 1873. Several city blocks are destroyed. Brick wall stands alone in middle of picture. The viewer is looking south west from the north end of Fairview Avenue/Lookout Park. The location is pinned from the vantage point of the photographer.
