Laying the keystone by L. O. Sveom to “Tech” high school, later know as George Davis Vocational and Technical School. The keystone is still in suspended position. Onlookers can be seen to standing to the right and left of the stone, while a band plays. The man with white overalls is alone in front of the stonework, and has no hat. A man in business suit has his hand on the keystone wiring. Listed in the 1941 City Directory at 129 Bostwick NE.
